Pricing starts at:

Assisted living: $4,015 / month
Memory care: $5,480 / month

Heritage Communities requires two years of private pay. During that time, forms of payment accepted include private funds, long term care insurance, and Veterans Aid and Attendance benefits.

At Heritage Communities, you can enjoy the comfort and privacy of your own apartment as well as the perks of community living, including restaurant-style dining, activities, classes, clubs and friendships.

Assisted Living

Enjoy the comforts of your own apartment, styled to fit you, as well as the company of others. Assisted Living means you have access to caregivers 24 hours a day for hands-on assistance with any daily tasks.

Memory Care

Memory loss effects our residents differently, and we strive to help them feel like themselves in every way possible. We create individualized programming that adds purpose and meaning to their lives.

Heritage Communities

When we opened our first senior living community in Omaha, Nebraska, in 2002, our goal was to create retirement living options in the Midwest that reflected what our communities, our residents, and their family members told us they really wanted.

2022 marks our twentieth year in business and the opening of our 15th Heritage Community. We operate communities in Nebraska, Iowa, Arizona, and Texas. Our communities offer a mix of Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care and Respite Care.
